PBD Call Copilot

A private panel beside your Zoom call. It listens, then suggests what to ask next, in plain words, with the paper behind it. It never joins the call and is hidden when you share your screen.

Set up (one time, about 5 minutes)

  1. Download the zip above and unzip it anywhere, for example into Documents.
  2. Open the folder and double-click PBD Call Copilot.exe. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info → Run anyway. This happens once because the app is new.
  3. On first launch, paste the PBD key Genevieve sends you. It is saved only on this PC.
  4. Right-click the app in the taskbar and choose Pin to taskbar.

During a call

Starts by itself

When a Zoom meeting opens, the panel switches on. When the meeting ends, it stops.

Off when you want

Click the toggle, or press Ctrl+Alt+P, to pause or resume.

Private

Audio is never saved or sent. Speech is turned into text on this PC. Only the text goes to Claude.
